You can look forward to
You will support the CISCO and the Information Security Officers of the team in their daily work, initiatives and projects around IT/cybersecurity; in particular in the operation and further development of our global ISMS.
- Global main point of contact regarding information and IT security requests from our international units, regulators, business partners and auditors (e.g. in the annual financial statements) to support the CISO and the Information Security Officers of the team
- Independent coordination and organisation of enquiries in your own area of responsibility, as well as finding solutions and processing the results
- Close cooperation with and support of the CISO and the ISO team
- Active participation in the implementation of internal control testing (control compliance assessments)
- Maintaining our inventory with evidence as part of the information security management system (ISMS)
- After coordination and familiarisation, the takeover of subject areas, for example control testing in the further course of the development, is desirable
You come equipped with
- Degree in (business) informatics and/or vocational training in informatics; alternatively relevant professional experience with a strong focus on information security, risk and compliance
- Ideally prior knowledge in several of the relevant topics: Frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, ITIL), regulation (e.g. VAIT / BAIT), IT operations, IT audits, evidence gathering, control testing, audit coordination, third party risk assessments, outsourcing management with a focus on IT security
- German and English at a business fluent level
- Unrestricted willingness to travel internationally, approx. 1 to 2/year for up to 1 week
- Excellent presentation skills and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
- Analytical and methodical thinking as well as a strong focus on results and solutions
